A registration fee of £750* for a search of 6 months - repayable in full at completion of the sale.

A success fee, the greater of:

-1.5% of the purchase price

-12.5% of the savings between the initial price and the negotiated price you actually paid.

*A minimum fee of £750 is applicable at the signing of the contracts.
